What is the process?
Step 1 INQUIRY & CONSULTATION: Email us or call our dedicated customer service team. We can chat about your needs and begin designing a gift that aligns with your vision.
Step 2 GIFT QUESTIONNAIRE & DESIGN - Once we know all the details, our gifting experts will get to work creating a custom proposal with several gift options for you to review and approve.
Step 3 ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY- Once you've approved your gift design, we personalize, pack, ship and see to every detail of your order. Our support team will keep you updated on the tracking and delivery status of all your gifts.
When do I place my orders?
While we can accommodate most last minute orders, we request a minimum of 4-6 weeks to give our local product partners enough time to prepare. Once payment is received, we reserve your date on our design and production schedule. From there, our team will keep you updated along the way.
WHEN DO YOU NEED OUR FINAL COUNT?
Final gift count is due at the time of payment. We will then begin ordering products.
