For this chocolate bar we hand select beans from quality cacao producers across the Kona and Hilo regions of Hawaii Island (the Big Island). This is the first bar we produced from Hawaiian cacao when we started in 2010. Since then it has won multiple awards, including best tasting bar at one of the largest chocolate festivals in the world - the 2017 Salon Du Chocolat.
