CUSTOM GIFT DESIGN
THE PROCESS
- INQUIRY - we learn about you and your vision for your gifts and share about our team and services to decide if we're a good fit
- QUESTIONNAIRE - complete our Gift Design Questionnaire to will help us customize gifts just for you
- GIFT DESIGN - based on information gathered in Steps 1 and 2, our team creates an initial gift design concept for your review and feedback. Two rounds of revisions are included to make sure the gift is just perfect!
- ASSEMBLY & DELIVERY - we take care of sourcing, assembly, and shipping/delivery and keep you updated along the way
- ONGOING GIFTING PROGRAM - for those wanting our team to send your gifts on an ongoing basis (e.g. when you welcome a new client), you will receive a private link to order your gifts as needed.

Our Custom Gift Design service includes:
- Complimentary phone consultation at your request
- Custom Gift Design Proposal
- Product and packaging sourcing and assembling
- Coordinating delivery or shipping of your gifts
- Product and packaging design and customization*
- Graphic design services to personalize your gifts, add your logo/branding to products or packaging*
- Custom designed notecards or inserts to be included with your gift*

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
- Turnaround: We put careful thought into curating and designing your gift and ask for 4-6 weeks to design (including revisions), source, and assemble your gifts. However, if you need your gifts sooner, we are happy to accommodate rush orders based on availability!
- Pricing: Pricing is based off of your product and packaging selections. Unless otherwise specified, gift prices do not include shipping.
- Minimums: We have a minimum of $600 for custom gifts. For our Ongoing Gifting Program, we also have a minimum of 12 gifts.
- Shipping: We can ship to just about anywhere!
